2019 Domaine Ferret Pouilly Fuisse....$23.99 / 375ml
(Half bottle)

The 2019 Pouilly-Fuissé is a blend of 32 plots from around the village, some on granitic soils and others on marls and clays. It has a crisp nose with scents of apple orchard and orange pith that are focused and lively. The palate is well balanced with lovely grapefruit, orange zest and citrus peel. A fine bead of acidity with a touch of nuttiness comes through on the finish. What more could you want from a Pouilly-Fuissé? Not much! The 2019 is a Pouilly-Fuissé that puts a skip into your step.
Rated 92/100 Vinous Media
The 2019 Pouilly-Fuissé bursts with aromas of pear, hazelnuts, white flowers, toasted almonds and pastry cream. Medium to full-bodied, bright and precise, with tangy acids and a nicely concentrated finish, it concludes with a gently oak-inflected finish.
Rated 90/100 The Wine Advocate

2019 Domaine Ferret Pouilly Fuisse Les Clos....$54.99 / 750ml
The 2019 Pouilly-Fuissé Le Clos is the smallest single vineyard (0.63ha) owned by the domaine. It has a well defined, walnut and citrus scented nose with touches of brioche emerging with aeration. The palate is beautifully balanced with the oak neatly integrated (25%). It is elegant yet intense on the finish with veins of orange zest and spice lingering in the mouth. Just superb.

2019 Domaine Ferret Pouilly Fuisse Tete de Cru Clos des Prouges....$54.99 / 750ml
The 2019 Pouilly-Fuissé Tête de Cru Clos des Prouges is lovely, mingling aromas of citrus oil, pear, fresh bread, green apple and nutmeg in an inviting bouquet. Medium to full-bodied, satiny and elegantly muscular, its enveloping attack segues into a bright, precise finish
Rated 92/100 The Wine Advocate

2018 Domaine Cheveau Pouilly Fuisse Vers Cras...$34.99
Starting 2020 "Vers Cras" will be labeled 1er Cru

Pouilly-Fuissé Vers Cras: The “Vers Cras” vineyard is located in the hamlet of Pouilly in the heart of the Pouilly-Fuissé appellation. The soil is fine, white limestone with excellent drainage. The average age of the vines is 60 years (as of 2011). After a manual harvest, the grapes are gently pressed and then racked into tonneaux for both the alcoholic and malolactic fermentations. The wine is then aged for an additional year on the fine lees in small barrels before bottling. This cuvée is notable for its clear expression of the chalk of its soil combined with a powerful presence on the palate. Only about 100 cases are imported for sale in the USA.

2020 Jadot Pouilly Fuisse...$25.99
The 2020 Pouilly-Fuissé is pretty, wafting from the glass with scents of white flowers, citrus zest and musky peach. Medium to full-bodied, satiny and precise, it's nicely concentrated, with bright acids and a saline finish. - The Wine Advocate
Crisp, fresh, and minerally, with great citrus fruit and racy acidity. A lovely Burgundy at a good price.
Rated 92/100 The Tasting Panel

2020 Damien Martin Pouilly Fuisse...$34.99
The Pouilly-Fuissé vines were planted in 1976 and this parcel of vines is in Vers Chânes in Fuissé. Fermented with indigenous yeasts. Fermented and matured 8 months on the fine lees in 1-4 year old French oak barrels. It’s at the top of the slope and produces a wine that is very rich, with notes of candied fruit and vanilla. This wine could easily pass for a Premier Cru White Burgundy at more than twice the price. Full-bodied, layered and multidimensional, bursting from the glass with a complex bouquet of crisp pear, citrus oil, wet stones, paraffin wax and toasted sesame, framed by a discreet touch of youthful reduction, it's full-bodied, layered and multidimensional, with incredible concentration and searing levels of dry extract. Structured and tightly wound, it's seamless and complete, concluding with a long, intensely mineral finish.
