Deep Sleep brewing was started by Nick Lyons, he is the owner and head brewer. He started the brewery three years ago (but he has been brewing for 9 years) selling only kegs until this year. He started canning this year because of Covid as demand for kegs at bars and restaurants all but disappeared.   
As a family owned local store also fighting our way through 2020, we are excited to stock this new brewery from Missouri and show our local support to another local business.  His production is just around 100 barrels per year (under 1,400 cases per year)
