𝚅𝙰𝚁𝙸𝙰𝙱𝙻𝙴: Yeast ~ in collaboration with Omega Yeast
One beer, experimentally brewed with four strains of yeast. Blending brewing practices with scientific research, 𝙿𝙻𝙸𝙰𝙱𝙻𝙴 𝙿𝚁𝙾𝙲𝙴𝚂𝚂 is a new, ongoing, collaborative and experimental brewing series we're extremely amped about.
𝙷𝙴𝚁𝙴'𝚂 𝙷𝙾𝚆 𝙸𝚃 𝚆𝙾𝚁𝙺𝚂: We start the brewing process like normal, brewing 15BBLS before splitting the beer into four separate fermentors. Each fermenter continues the process with focusing on one chosen variable with the goal of distinguishing its specific characteristics and impact to the beer. These will be released in 4-Packs so you get one can of each of the four differing variables.
