We have been obsessed with barrel aging products ourselves for many years. Back in 2012 we started with our first barrel aged beer with Schlafly--we were the first to start these collabs in St. Louis with local brewers. We also have done 5 batches of Bourbon Barrel Aged Maple Syrup called Sweet Sophie. We have barrel aged our own vanilla.

Now we have Bourbon Barrel aged our our own Coffee Beans!! We aged green coffee beans in a Knob Creek 15 Year Old Barrel. The Beans were roasted by The Living Room in STL.
