Jean Marc Burgaud Morgon Cote du Py...$21.99
The 2018 Morgon Côte du Py derives from both higher-altitude and lower-lying parcels, and it is a great success this year, offering up a lovely bouquet of dark fruits, cherries, smoked meat and licorice. On the palate, it's full-bodied, ample and layered, with a fleshy and concentrated core, fine girdling tannins and succulent acids, concluding with a long and sapid finish.
Rated 94/100 Wine Advocate

2018 Chanrion Côte de Brouilly Domaine de la Voûte des Crozes....$21.99
A very fruity Beaujolais that shows lots of grapey character, as well as cocoa bean. Hints of hazelnuts. Medium to full body. Fresh and vivid. Bright, fruity finish. Drink now.
Rated 92/100 James Suckling
Raspberry and tart cherry flavors are flanked by smoke, herb and rose petal notes in this supple red, accented by elements of spice. Offers plush tannins on the licorice-tinged finish. Drink now through 2024. 1,700 cases imported. — GS
Rated 90/100 Wine Spectator

Great Beaujolais Value
2017 Comte de Langeron Beaujolais Villages...$14.99
A Family winery established in the village of Mercurey (Burgundy). Small production from old vines. An intense Beaujolais with great structure like a Burgundy. Since the 19th century, we have produced a broad range of Burgundy and Beaujolais appellations, part from family owned vineyards and the rest as vinificators.

"This red is a step up in quality from a basic Beaujolais. " - Gail Appleson, St. Louis Post Dispatch
