Tasting Notes: This prestige bottling was made from the domaine’s oldest vines, and offers green apple, honeydew melon, and floral aromas with a stony, minerality. Dry and refreshing on the palate.
Serve With: Excellent on its own, with simple fish dishes, and with traditional specialties such as fondue and raclette.
