This batch is slightly different -- First we used a method that mimicks a Kyoto style cold brew extraction, meaning a very slow process that produces more fuller and smoother cold brew like what we produce at the Sump shop. Second is the actual coffees, there are three different types blended all of which are different roast profiles, processes of cherry-drying, and all have dynamic coffee notes: the cans taste like cooled, silky chocolate milk.
