2016 Purlieu Le Pich Cabernet Sauvignon

The fastest selling $50 Cabernet in our arsenal. Rock star winemaker Julien Fayard was born in Provence, and cut his teeth at Chateau Lafite Rothschild and Chateau Smith Haut Lafitte. Since moving to Napa in 2006, he has worked alongside Philippe Melka on numerous projects (think Lail, Dalle Valle, Gemstone) and made legions of Cabernet-centric fans. An incredible wine for the money!

Intro price on the new 2016 vintage
2016 Purlieu Le Pich Cabernet Sauvignon...$49.98

Deep garnet-purple colored, the 2016 Cabernet Sauvignon Le Pich features very pretty notes of crushed blueberries, blackberries and chocolate-covered cherries with hints of violets and cedar chest plus a waft of bay leaves. Medium to full-bodied, packed with vibrant black fruits and plushly textured, this buxom beauty is ready for biz, finishing satisfyingly long and spicy.
