Why has it been bottled and sitting so long? I know you keep everything at a cellar temp but not everyone does. Do they bottle it and just warehouse it?
I had been out for awhile, the distributor just offered me what they had left. There was only 5 bottles of the 16 left, 3-4 of the 12
