From 7 to 20 year old vines planted in calcareous, limestone soils in northwestern Spain. Planting density ranges from 800 to 1200 vines per acre. Great aperitif to any meal!

Offers aromas of stone fruit, with hints of almonds and citrus rind. Crisp and fresh on the palate, with a touch of glycerin and a long, clean finish. SERVE WITH Light and enjoyable on its own, it also an ideal pairing for a wide range of fish and shellfish. Great with cheese, great with grilled fish, goes well with salty foods, and Chinese take out. So versatile, it is just great on its own!
Ask any wine person what a wine needs to be “food-friendly” and and the answer will be good acidity. This Verdejo has acidity along with great flavor, very good balance and plenty of good fruit. This wine has become our go to everyday white wine. Perfect for people that drink Pinot Grigio, Sauvignon Blanc or even Chardonnay can all agree this is a great wine!
