A collaboration with our boys at Siren Craft Brew in England. We added volcanic salt and hibiscus to a traditional German beer then tied it all together with Brett fermentation. Black as a moonless night but without any roasty notes.
Dry-Hopped Smoked Sour Wheat Ale
4.4% ABV
With our friends at Siren Craft Brew, we updated the old Lichtenhainer style, a smoked wheat beer, by adding a little Brett to the mix.
