4 Hands War Hammer IPA and Downfall

In stock at Forsyth, should be hitting all 4 stores today

4 Hands Breing War Hammer IPA....$8.49 / 22oz
"Columbus Tomahawk Zeus is the primary hop variety in War Hammer as well as the inspiration for the name. We use a combination of Pacific Northwest hops to create layers of pungent flavors. A generous malt bill adds biscuit and honey notes while allowing the hops to take center stage. War Hammer pours golden in color with aromas of pineapple, mango, tangerine, resin, & slight earthy notes. Drink fresh!" - 4 Hands

4 Hands Downfall will go through the BRC - on Thursday.

Is $9.49 a typo?

That is correct, sounds too high or too low?

Way way too high. Break it down per ounce and it's approaching twice as much as most Imperial IPA's... even Hopslam. Way out of range in 4 Hands price point of $3.99 - $6.99 for their 22oz'ers as well.

It was the same price as last year. 4 Hands would have to answer for their pricing, but my guess is that smaller breweries don't have the volume of a Bells. Quantity discounts on bottles, ingredients and so on...their costs are much higher. Plus they have a bottling system, but not as automated as a Bells Brewery, lot of it is done by hand. I think they might even have to label by hand.
