Help us choose some new products....

Our Rock Hill location has done some changes and added some new shelves in both the beer and the Bourbon department.

The Wine and Cheese Place
9755 Manchester Road, Rock Hill MO  63119

"The Original Location"

Let us know what you would like to see added.
Chris has already added a bunch more in each category, but wants some ideas.

  • Maybe it is a product we have at one of our other stores that you would like to see on the shelf at Rock Hill.
  • Something you have seen in our emails or blog that they have not stocked at that location.
  • Maybe it is something you have been over paying for at another store :)
  • We don't want you shopping at another store :)

Mother's Brewing would be nice at all locations.

Unfortunately, they are still not in St. Louis, we would love to carry them.

More Willett. Would love to see more Charbay products.

Willett is a problem of supply, we carry everything we can get.
Charbay we can do.

Perhaps R5 A, S, and Release III... And since this is a wish list, I'd like to see some of the older Nikka Taketsuru products. The 21 is yummy.

He has the R5 Aged in stock, I have not seen the S here in St. Louis, but I will check into it. The Charbay III, only a few bottles came here and sold out already.
We have been only able to get the Nikka 12 and 15 here in St. Louis so far. No 21yr.

Maybe some more Summit or beers from Surly or Schell's

Paul Hayden said...

Summit is available here, but Surly and Schells are not distributed in Missouri.

How about some type of rotating theme?

Style of the Month - same style, different local and regional breweries

Brewery of the Month or Country of the Month

Beer & Food themes: Beers that pair well with BBQ, steak, various regional/ethnic cuisine, upcoming holiday, chocolate, etc.

Weekly "Staff Picks" - all time favorites or just what's in your fridge at the moment!

"Fresh Forgotten Favorites" - new stock of beers that should never fall off the radar: SN/Schlafly/Boulevard/Summit/Stone Pale, Fat Tire, Left Hand Milk Stout, Boston Lager, Shiner Bock, etc.

Of course, if you just filled the space with sours, that would work...

Bruichladdich Port Charlotte (cask strength) options. Weller products. Elijah Craig Barrel Proof. EH Taylor Barrel Proof. Possibly some custom barrels for Four Roses Single Barrel Cask Strength for your own bottling :)
