Our next bourbon barrel arrived - Knob Creek 9 Year old. 

Very cool....the barrel was signed to us by Fred Noe 

(Booker Noe's son and Jim Beam's grandson)

We just filled this barrel with maple syrup

After tasting through barrel samples of Knob Creek with our customers, we selected Barrel 515 from the 5th floor and was put in barrel on November 13, 2003.

Deep dark color, with a ton of vanilla in the nose.   The vanilla comes through on the palate along with rich caramel and toasted nuts.   Very long and lingering finish.  Bottled at 120 proof.
