Info for next year's release of Sneaky Pete

Some beer news for next year....
More info about Sneaky Pete's Imperial IPA.
Scheduled to be released on 3/1/2011. Brewed and bottled for wine/beer distributor Fran Kysela.


It will be packaged in 4 packs
89 IBU's
10% ABV

Made with five hops, 30 % of which are Simcoe.
Each batch is brewed with 150 pounds of Clover Honey.

Sneaky Pete’s is Brewed as a single step Infusion mash with Pale ,Rye. Munich and Honey Malt. During the boil Honey is added at one of the later hop additions

The hops used are Simcoe, Glacier, Centennial. Vanguard and Hallertauer
It is 89 IBU and ranges from 10-10.3% ABV we use a classic west coast yeast that is known as the Chico Strain or US-56
The honey and Simcoe Dry- hops create the very grapefruit flavor combination that is awesome to smell and taste .
