"We're in the final stages of producing, distributing and selling my first beer under my new brand. "The Fish Guy's Wild Ass Amber Ale"! "Everyone Wants Some Wild Ass!!!"...All of my brews are dedicated to a mission, mostly to endangered wildlife and to our planet. Once the brand begins to see a profit, portions of those profits will be donated to institutions dedicated to the protection, preservation and study of endangered wildlife. I call them the "Wild Brews Series" of beers. Each of these brews are unique and flavorful. You'll never find another that compares to their taste and full flavor! Each of my brews' recipes have been test brewed over and over in my own home kitchen until I reach the flavor profile I'm searching for. I ALWAYS brew to my own personal tastes, but I have an army of Taste Testers and Quality Control Managers (Beer Connoisseur Friends) that continually give me feedback. When I get a high approval rating from those folks and myself, the recipe is set.
