There is some debate as to whether Grande Absente is REAL absinthe since it has added sugar in it and is designated a liqueur. No matter, and as my blog states, there are many more real absinthes coming (around 25 at the last count).
Thanks for the input, they claim it to be real, I will check out your website (I don't claim to be an expert). The next "real" Absinthe coming to St. Louis is the Mata Hari.
