Motto is a collection of distinct, dark, rich wines from California that deliver a definitively bold wine experience. Our winemaking Motto is simple... learn the rules, so you can break them with style.
Our Cabernet Sauvignon walks a fine line. it has both backbone and elegance, with a soft and delicate nose of ripe red fruit. Dark, concentrated flavors of red plum, caramel and bright raspberry explode out of the glass for a lasting finish. The wine aged for 10 months in a combination of older and once-used barrels to add texture and complexity as well as stainless steel tanks to retain freshness and varietal character. The resulting wine is dark and bold, yet fruit forward; a new take on “dark” reds from California. What it’s good with Traditional Pairings: Juicy steak, French dip sandwich, meat-lovers pizza, BBQ chicken or dark chocolate cake. Unexpected Pairings: Sausage, hot dogs or even with seafood dishes like salmon BLT’s.
