Located in sparkling downtown ClaytonIt’s finally cooler (?) outside so it’s time for some cocktails of the fall persuasion. Our friend and returning champion Alexis Thomas from local distributor A. Bommarito Wine and Spirits will be shaking and stirring with our Minister of Libations, Whiskey Dave. We will also be featuring the components separately…

PURA VIDA

• 1 1/3 Xiicala Joven mezcal
• 1/2 Fred Jerbis amaro
• 1/2 Forthave coffee liqueur
• 1 dash Jack Ruidy orange bitters
• garnish with orange peel

MELA D'ALBA

• 1 oz Dupont Fine calvados
• 1 oz Bordiga Sweet Vermouth
• 1 oz Contratto Bitters
• Lemon twist for garnish
