It’s not every day that you hear about a single grain whisky that’s made exclusively from 100% malted barley. Or that you pour from a sturdy and striking square bottle. It’s not every day you sip a scotch that’s been finished in infrared toasted barrels. We simply don’t do everyday.
It’s what we put in, that naturally comes out.

It’s what we put in, that naturally comes out.
- We use 100% malted barley and a longer fermentation process of 92ish hours.
- Our continuous distillation process happens within a copper Coffey still. Not a pot still.
- We mature in ex-bourbon barrels, which adds to our sweeter, lighter, mixable flavour.
- Finished in traditional and infrared toasted barrels for 6 months, to bring our happy ending to life.
