A cross between Cabernet Sauvignon and Grenache, Marselan is a varietal few people know about yet is emblematic of the local viticulture. It is used here to create a very nice rosé with a bright aromatic profile of fresh berries and is smooth & balanced on the palate making it the perfect summer companion! This fruit-forward rosé can accompany an entire meal from pre-dinner drinks through to appetizers like tuna ceviche, main courses like stuffed peppers and with a strawberry tart to finish. The grapes are harvested early September and quickly pressed. The juice is then separated from the skins as early as possible to achieve the perfect pale pink color. This wine is fermented at low temperatures to preserve its aromatic freshness.

Made from old vine Carignan with a minimum aged of 40 years and as old as 85 years! What an amazing wine for this price. Fresh and rich with some spice and red fruits. Flavors of cherries and raspberries balanced out with some spice and soft tannins. This will make a great BBQ wine this year

Ripe fruit and flowery nose. On the palate, it begins with smooth yet sharp aromas of grapefruit and lemon followed by a rich texture giving place to hints of honey and white flowers. The finish is long thanks to good acidity levels
This wine pairs nicely with smoked salmon, mixed salads, sushis, poultry and veal in cream sauce, creamy risotto, and goat cheeses.
Just south of the Burgundy region, the Chardonnay benefits from great exposure to sun throughout the growing season. Once the fermentation is over, the wine is aged in oak for a couple of months to add flavor and complexity.
