2023 Theodore Rex Sonoma County Pinot Noir....$31.99
The cool 2023 vintage provided the perfect conditions for outstanding Pinot Noir. The wine shows the complexity that accompanies a longer growing season, with concentrated red fruits and pitch-perfect acidity. A kiss of new French oak on the finish rounds out the wine - allowing it to be drunk by itself at the end of the day, or paired with a wide variety of medium bodied foods. It was bottled unfined and unfiltered A Special Wine for a Special Cause.
A collaboration between famed winemaker (and friend of the store) Adam Lee, The Wine and Cheese Place, and Olive + Oak.
Available exclusively at The Wine & Cheese Place, Spirit Wine & Craft and O + O Hospitality restaurants. Selected by The Wine & Cheese Place and Olive + Oak. A portion of proceeds will benefit the Ollie Hinkle Heart Foundation.
