Switchgrass is beyond proud to add Apple Brandy to our beloved family of Bottled-in-Bond spirits. This 100 proof spirit was sweet mashed, twice distilled in an alembic pot, and made with 100% single orchard Jonathan apples. Savor notes of bright green apple with subtle floral undertones and a warmed sugar finish. Enjoy this smooth sipper straight or in an elevated cocktail.

After years of distilling and packing away barrels, we are happy to say, this is NOT a limited release, but is a new standard in our family of spirits. This 100 proof spirit was sweet mashed, batched distilled, and follows the grain bill we normally use for our popular bourbon with 63% corn, 25% wheat, and 12% malted barley. This new Bottled-In-Bond bourbon was aged for at least four years in Missouri white oak barrels. The extended time in the barrel creates a nose of citrus and vanilla along with our traditional tasting notes of warm honey, and cornbread. This smooth sipper is sure to be a new favorite for drinking straight or elevating your favorite cocktail. This new Bottled-In-Bond rye was aged for at least four years in Missouri white oak barrels. The extended time in the barrel provides tasting notes of sweet pear, spicy pepper, cola, and warm sweetbreat. Rock and Rye is a bottled cocktail with a bite! This delightful drink was made popular during prohibition when doctors would “prescribe” this supposedly medicinal spirit for patients suffering from coughs. it gets its name from its two main ingredients: rye whiskey and rock candy. We distill our own sweet mashed rye whiskey and combine it with Belgian rock candy, real citrus peel, horehound, and spices to create Copperhead’s unique taste. Copperhead can be enjoyed as a shot, on the rocks, or as a cocktail with your favorite seltzer.
