Toasty nose with lemon and grapefruit citrus, stone fruit and savoury hints. The generous mousse leads to a rounded palate, layered with toasted brioche, citrus and some savoury red berry depth, with good balancing acidity. This Chardonnay-led blend is made mostly with fruit from the 2018 vintage, with a proportion of reserve wines added for complexity. A classic English sparkler at a good price
