Maman Stout base beer aged for 38 months (!) in a blend of Rossville Union Rye, Penelope, and Rabbit Hole barrels. Steeped on a combination of vanilla beans from Ecuador, Papua New Guinea, and Comoros.
"Dark chocolate covered raspberries with a big marshmallow finish." - Phil Wymore, head brewer
