When we picked the barrel it was aged for 18 months, they did not bottle if for another 4 months, so it is aged for about 22% longer than when we tasted. For a tequila that is a significant amount of time, so it shows more wood, darker color and we think it is more of a Bourbon lover's tequila now.

One would be hard pressed to find even a non-tequila drinker who doesn't love the aroma, it is that beautiful.
