A very rare and special release

If you search the internet, there has not been many releases with this finish - super rare!
This one yielded 240 bottles because it a 132 gallon barrel instead of the "bourbon size" of 55 gallons. Less than 100 bottles left though.

When we wanted to pick our next Project X barrel, we really wanted a Cognac cask, and we did a blind tasting of barrels and this Spanish Brandy barrel was in the same lineup with the Cognac casks, we were blown away at how good this one was. I believe this is the first Project X Spanish Brandy Barrel in Missouri!
Penelope Project X Spanish Brandy Single Barrel Bourbon is one of the rarest finishes in the Project X lineup, a program already known for pushing the boundaries of single-barrel experimentation. While cognac, sherry, and other fortified wine casks are more commonly used, Spanish brandy barrels are an exceptionally rare.
