Ode Bright Lemon Aperitif...$34.99 / 500ml
Bitter, Sweet, and Sour—Bright Lemon is an ODE to citrus flavors and blossoms from the Mediterranean. Bright Lemon’s rich flavor is made from seven types of lemons and yellow stone fruits like peaches and apricots. It’s rounded out by bitter barks and roots, artichoke, wild thyme, jasmine and a touch of sea salt. Blended with a Spätlese Riesling from Nico Espenschied of the Rheinhessen, it’s a complex next-level aperitif. The ODE aperitif is macerated in organically sourced neutral spirit using botanicals, herbs, bark, and citrus whose flavors are extracted in various different combinations. Some together, some on their own, whatever is best for each botanical. It can take between 3 weeks and approx. 2 months for the product to be made from start to finish depending on the availability of the botanicals.
