 Nose: Nutmeg, Toffee Apple, Crème Brûlée, Linseed, Seville Oranges, Cardamon, Manuka Honey, Nougat, Saltwater And Driftwood.

Palate: Grapefruit Marmalade, Flamed Orange Peel, Ripe Pear, Peach, Sweet Soy Sauce, Gentle Minerals, Warming Sichuan Pepper And Campfire.

Ardnamurchan Cask Strength Highland Single Malt Whisky...$89.99 / 700ml
2024 Release
58.3 % abv

Our Cask Strength combines 87% peated and 13% unpeated spirit. Its been matured in 90% Bourbon matured stock and 10% Sherry.
Nose: Coastal peat smoke, vanilla and tangy and bright citrus zest.
Palate: Maritime peat, ripe orchard fruit, warm oak and a gentle, warm black pepper spice.
Finish: Lingering peat with a subtle seaweed salinity.
The ABV % will vary from batch to batch.
Like all our whiskies this Cask Strength is un-chill filtered and natural colour.

Ardnamurchan Highland Single Malt Mezcal Cask Release....$74.99 / 700ml
55% abv

This recipe uses only 2017 peated spirit matured in Bourbon casks for six years, before being finished in Mezcal casks for over eighteen months.  This whisky is bottled at 55% ABV.

Like all our whiskies this Mezcal Cask Release is un-chill filtered and natural colour.

Nose: Green, grassy, vegetal. Immediate sense of the Mezcal spirit. This quickly dissipates, opening the door to fresh, crisp, Granny Smith apples. Green bananas. Resilient, ashy smoke.

Palate: Bright, herbaceous, eucalyptus. Chalky, mineralic, seashore essence. Olive brine, salty capers and flat-leaf parsley. A weighty, fatty dram with an earthy backbone. Finish: Gentle wisps of integrated smoke. Creamy, sweet aftertaste. Earthy.

Ardnamurchan Highland Single Malt Madeira Cask Release...$69.99 / 700ml
52% abv

Bourbon casks from early 2018 were filled with a roughly 60/40 ratio of unpeated to peated spirit, then re-racked into Madeira casks for two years. These casks were vatted just prior to reaching 7 years old and bottled, yielding just under 19,000 bottles in this batch. This whisky is bottled at 52% ABV.

Like all our whiskies this Madeira Cask Release is un-chill filtered and natural colour.

Nose: Cocoa powder, stewed plums, sugared almonds, bread and

butter pudding, nutmeg, sandalwood, bracken, fruit scone, red

currants.

Palate: Cinnamon sweets, cedar bark, salted trail mix with

chocolate chips, rosemary stalks, toffee apple, pine needles,

strawberries with black pepper.

Finish: Medium weight, dusty, long and slightly drying finish.
