About Scott:Scott joined Isle of Raasay Distillery in 2019 as a Sales Planner where he was quickly promoted to Sales Executive. In 2022 he took on the role of UK Trade Manager, also focusing his time on the US market from November 2022.In 2025 Scott took on a new challenge in the role of US Commercial Manager where he is eager to build on our strong foundation, strengthening the ties between the UK and USA even further.Prior to joining Isle of Raasay, Scott held roles with Glen Ord, Tomatin, and GlenWyvis Distilleries bringing the joys of Scotch and life at the Distillery to fans across the UK.

Na Sia Single Cask Bottlings demonstrates our six unique Isle of Raasay Single Malt recipe casks. Virgin Chinkapin Oak Single Cask Bottling. Freshly charred and toasted, these custom made Chinkapin, or Quercus Muehlenbergii American white oak casks are a type of oak native to central and eastern North America. The fresh charring of the cask brings a rich colour and flavour early on in the maturation process, and the high toast caramelises the natural sugars in the wood. Expect sweet toffee and butterscotch on the nose, with vibrant dark fruit flavours and deep, rich colours at a young age. Released every 2 years as peated and unpeated spirit.
