This Bardstown Single Barrel opens with aromas of creamy vanilla, caramelized sugar, and a touch of baked apple over toasted oak. The palate is bold yet balanced, delivering corn sweetness, butterscotch, and honey layered with rye spice, black pepper, and baking spices, all rounded by oak and subtle dried fruit. Full-bodied and warming at barrel strength, it finishes long with a rye lingering spice
