When: This Thursday - Thursday, September 18th, 6:00-7:30 p.m.
Join both Perennial Artisan Ales Jack Choler and the Wine & Cheese Place’s own Whiskey Dave for some serious beer and cheese pairing action. It will be a nice mix of both mainstay and seasonal beers from the brewery matched with cheeses from all over the globe.

Hommelbier (Belgian-style Pale Ale) 5% abv
Pont L’Eveque (Cow’s milk cheese from Normandy, France)

Gold Tooth (Crispy, dry Lager, collab with Little Lager) 4% abv
Barbers Cheddar (Classic British cheddar, Cow’s milk cheese, Somerset, England)

City Red (Classic red ale with subtle caramel malt) 5% abv
Taleggio (creamy, soft, washed rind Cow’s milk cheese, Lombardy, Italy)

Cracker Crust IPA with Honey (Crisp pale ale brewed with centennial, mosaic and
nectaron hops in collab with Hopbutcher) 5.5% abv
Campo de Montalban Three-Milk Spanish Cheese (cow, sheep, and goat cheese, La Mancha, Spain)

Theodore Rex Bourbon Barrel Aged Vanilla Stout 13.4% abv
Maman Stout base beer aged for 38 months (!) in a blend of Rossville Union Rye, Penelope, and Rabbit Hole bourbon barrels. Steeped on a combination of vanilla beans from Ecuador, Papua New Guinea, and Comoros.
Cypress Grove Midnight Moon (6+ month aged Goat’s Milk cheese from Holland)
Delice de Bourgogne (Triple cream Cow’s milk cheese, Burgundy, France).
