Ambrosia is our Delicate Saison base rested on Soursop and fresh Madagascar Vanilla Beans. Soursop is a fruit we’ve never used before, it gives off a sweet tropical note which plays well with the vanilla.
ABV: 6%

Side Project Brewing à la Table Blend #4...$14.99 / 750ml
Oak aged Missouri Farmhouse Ale
à la Table is inspired by the classic Saisons of the past, meant to be shared "at the Table" with family and friends. Traditionally brewed to be low in alcohol and extremely refreshing, this inspired Saison was brewed with an airy and fluffy malt bill and fermented with wild Missouri yeast and bacteria and our house Saison blend before being aged in Missouri oak for several months and then being naturally conditioned in this bottle.  ABV: 2.5%

Side Project / De Garde Coexpressionalism Rouge Noir...$39.99
 - a collaboration with de Garde
Oak Aged Missouri and Oregon Wild Ale with Red and Black Raspberries
Coexpressionalism is a collaboration brewed with our friend Trevor Rogers of de Garde Brewing in Tillamook Oregon. This Lambic-inspired beer expresses the house characteristics of both Side Project and de Garde by brewing a turbid wort with aged hops and fermenting it entirely in a French Oak Foedre with a blend of our cultures and our favorite Oregon Red and Black Raspberries. After aging, we naturally conditioned this blend until it was ready to be shared with you. ABV:  7%

Side Project Brewing Redux Imperial Stout....$39.99
Missouri Imperial Stout finished on Coconut Flakes, Maple Syrup and Cinnamon.
A non-Barrel Aged redux of Derivation Blend #12!
As we have focused on making the best beers we could possibly make over the last decade, the ones that garner the most attention have become our stouts. Every year, we try to brew more and more stout for barrels, but our tiny brewery can only do so much. Losses from adjuncts, evaporation, seepage, time, make these beers incredibly inefficient and very hard for us to grow.
To best share our experience and understanding of what stout is, we wanted to start growing and influencing our non BA Stout repertoire and start sharing more of them with you. Welcome Redux as the first of these new, huge stouts, showcasing our Missouri Imperial Stouts which we then layer with our often thoughtful, but sometimes giddy additions of adjuncts!
Redux gets its name as a redux of the Derivation Blend #12 release. A Missouri Imperial Stout which was finished with Maple Syrup, Flaked Toasted and Untoasted Coconut and Fresh Ground Cinnamon - all ingredients we have used so many times over the years, but rarely together! If you ever had a chance to try Derivation Blend #12, you will understand why we believe our blend of these 3 adjuncts to be so perfect in creating one of our best non barrel aged stouts ever!
ABV:  12%

Side Project Brewing La Petite Kriek...$29.99 / 750ml
Missouri Saison with Cherries
La Petite Kriek is our Missouri Oak Aged Brettanomyces Lager which was then finished on a blend of Michigan Montmorency and Balaton Cherries.

Side Project Brewing Open Spaces Blend #3...$34.99 / 750ml
Barrel Fermented Flanders Red Ale
Open Spaces is a Missouri representation on one of our favorite styles of beer, the Flanders Red Ale. Fermented-in and aged-in Missouri Chambourcin barrels, Open Spaces rested for 18 to 63 months before exemplifying the characteristics of red fruits, subtle oxidation and round oakiness of the beautiful ales of the Flanders region of Belgium.
ABV:  7%

Side Project Brewing Quetsche du Fermier Blend #4...$34.99
Wine Barrel Fermented Saison aged with Plums
Quetsche du Fermier is our delicate and aromatic Saison du Fermier aged with plums in French Oak wine barrels.
