Dry white wine with well-balanced acidity and a crisp finish. Fresh, fruity and well-developed on the nose. On the palate, a fruity, supple attack with hints of grapefruit and lemon.
The elegant nature of this wine make it perfect for light and delicate food such as raw and lightly cooked shellfish like crab and prawns and steamed or grilled fish. This wine also pairs well with pasta, risotto, sushi, spring vegetables and creamy soups.

Blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Merlot
Fontana’s old-vine Merlot (almost 40 years old!) are thriving where others are struggling and exquisitely expressing their character, blended with Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc flesh out into a champion bottle with violet aromas and a rich palate ripe red and blueberries, spice, and earth. Deep and dark red color. On the nose, the Merlot brings nice small red berry flavors while the Cabernet Sauvignon offers a hint of spice and herbs. Slight toasted notes of the nose are confirmed on the palate with nice rounded tannins. This is a full bodied wine with plenty of freshness and a long finish.
Pair this with any red meat, nice steak wine! This is a classic, well-made right bank style Bordeaux.
