2024 Chateau Carbonneau “Margot” Bordeaux Blanc...$17.99
The grapes are picked later than typical for Sauvignon Blanc in order to express the more exotic fruit flavors of pineapple, mango, etc. After pressing, the juice is kept at low temperatures during fermentation to preserve these flavors even more. As soon as fermentation is complete, the lees are stirred every second day to add roundness and balance the acidity of the Sauvignon Blanc.
This wine shows notes of pear, grapefruit and peach with a delicate citrus touch. On the palate, a good balance between acidity and roundness with a crisp mineral finish. Perfect wine for an aperitif or with seafood.

2024 Sol Real Vinho Verde Rose...$9.99
The 2024 Vinho Verde Rosé Escudo Real seems practically alive in the glass as it vibrates with tiny, scintillating bubbles that tickle every corner of the mouth. This tastes like you squeezed a lime on a slice of fresh summer watermelon, finishing it with some fat flakes of Maldon salt and washing it all down with a Topo Chico sparkling mineral water. It’s a style that I find tremendously appealing, and if you’re drinking it chilled outside in the dog days of summer, I bet you will too.

2022 Chateau Pineraie A&E Cahors....$16.99
85% Malbec (Cot) - 15% Merlot
The Heart of Malbec
Crafted by sisters Anne and Emmanuelle, this elegant Cahors red is a modern tribute to the birthplace of Malbec. The 2022 A&E blend—85% Malbec, 15% Merlot—delivers a powerful yet polished experience, with deep aromas of violet, ripe blackberry, blueberry, and cassis, all wrapped in notes of toasted spice and pepper. Fermented separately and then masterfully blended, the wine shows a lush roundness on the palate, firm yet approachable tannins, and a long, satisfying finish. Dark purple in color and rich in character, this is a versatile pairing partner for cassoulet, duck confit, grilled lamb chops, game meats, or even salmon and roasted poultry with bold sauces. At under $20, it’s an exceptional value and a shining example of what the finest grapes from Southwest France can deliver.

2022 Le Grand Valmal Cotes du Rhone Villages Vieilles Vignes...$18.99
60% Syrah, 20% Grenache, 20% Mourvedre
This Rhone is the real deal and a sensational value!
Could easily be confused for a Chateauneuf du Pape. Floral notes accent fresh mixed berries in this 2022 Cotes du Rhone Villages that is made from a heavy portion of Old Vine Syrah along with Grenache and Mourvedre. The Syrah dominates and leads to a full-bodied wine but with silky tannins. It has a slight pepperiness to add some dimension and complexity. This wine is produced by the third generation on this estate and it is a fruit driven Cotes du Rhone with great roundness and complexity. A big wine!!
