Lost Lore Tequila Blanco High Proof....$82.99
"(49% abv) There’s been a lot of chatter among aficionados about this tequila, so we decided to put it into the lineup to see if bartenders felt the same way, and they did!
Aficionados scored it in 3rd place, while bartenders were close behind, putting it in 4th.
It’s made at the Vivanco distillery (NOM 1414) using brick ovens, a roller mill, open air stainless steel tank fermentation with champagne yeast, and classical music, then distilled in copper pot stills. “Slightly smoky on the nose,” said one bartender. “Green pepper. Almost creamy, like avocado.” This tequila is “sweet on entry with a ton of roasted agave and some kick from the 46% plus ABV [with a] solid finish,” said one aficionado, who scored it an 85.

Oak Aged Missouri and Oregon Wild Ale with Red and Black Raspberries
Coexpressionalism is a collaboration brewed with our friend Trevor Rogers of de Garde Brewing in Tillamook Oregon. This Lambic-inspired beer expresses the house characteristics of both Side Project and de Garde by brewing a turbid wort with aged hops and fermenting it entirely in a French Oak Foedre with a blend of our cultures and our favorite Oregon Red and Black Raspberries. After aging, we naturally conditioned this blend until it was ready to be shared with you. ABV: 7%

Perfecting our process one cube at a time
High quality ice starts with high quality ingredients. We first filter our water to remove as many impurities as possible. The filtered water is then passed into our Clinebell machines, which utilizes a remarkably strong process called directional freezing that removes every last impurity and air bubble, resulting in crystal clear 300lb ice blocks. Using a combination of chain saws and heavy duty band saws, we cut and polish each and every cube by hand.
