Featuring a four grain mash bill from older whiskey stock, this bourbon performs beautifully on the nose and palate. Aromas of orange zest and root beer cream fill the senses, while apricot and chocolate-covered orange peel offer a melting textural appeal. Although at a higher proof, the spirit is not abrasive but rather sends forth sweet notes of cedar and cinnamon, which expand o the balanced finish.
