Ohishi Sakura Cask –Ohishi Whisky that is finished in new locally-grown Sakura (Cherry Blossom) Casks for over 1 year. The Sakura cask gives it a slightly smokey note and rich flavor. Note: this is full Sakura cask, not just a barrel head. The Sakura (Cherry Blossom) is locally grown in Kumamoto close to the distillery. The whisky is matured in Brandy and Sherry casks.
The Sakura gives a rich color and soft Oak spice influence to the whisky. A great example of Japanese terroir, this whisky is made with locally grown rice, is locally distilled, matured, and finally finished in the locally grown Oak barrels.

Dru (द्रु), is a cask strength expression from Indri, where selected ex-bourbon barrels are handpicked and married together by our master blender to offer you an experience that will awaken your senses. In Sanskrit, ‘Dru’ means wood, tree or a vessel made of wood. In ancient Indian mythology, Dru was a vessel in which ‘soma’ (a drink) was collected and offered to the Gods.
Macnair's Lum Reek 12 Year Peated Blended Malt Scotch....$67.99
MacNair’s Lum Reek 12-year-old combines Single Malts from Islay and Speyside – two of the most renowned whisky producing regions in Scotland. The recipe, created by industry veteran and Master Distiller/Blender of the Year, Billy Walker, includes both peated and unpeated whiskies, including aged GlenAllachie single malt.
The small batch expression was matured at The GlenAllachie Distillery in a combination of first fill Bourbon, Pedro Ximénez and red wine casks until the whisky reached its optimum. The consequential bronze spirit, offered without added colouring or chill-filtration, reveals sophisticated notes of sweet peat reek, warming mocha, Scottish heather, and butterscotch.
Our Lum Reek 12-year-old has won some incredible global accolades, including Double Gold (San Francisco World Spirits Competition, 2021), Best Blended Malt under 12 Years (World Whiskies Awards, 2020), and Gold (Scotch Whisky Masters, 2021).
Kilchoman Batch Strength Single Malt Scotch...$69.99 / 700ml
57% ABV
Matured in a combination of re-charred red wine casks, oloroso sherry butts and bourbon barrels, a few drops of water were added post maturation to produce a Batch Strength of 57% abv. The result is a colossal dram combining the natural peat smoke and citrus character of Kilchoman with dark fruits, rich spices and salted caramel sweetness.
