Tasting Class: Whiskey Under The Influence



WHISKEY UNDER THE INFLUENCE: DESSERT WINE CASK MATURATION.

This is a second in a series of classes spotlighting wine or spirit cask aging, both fully matured or finishing/enhancing the expressions. In this edition, we’ll be tasting six different whiskeys and sampling the corresponding styles of dessert wines as a reference point. The last time we offered the class, it sold out quickly...so don’t delay!

Aberfeldy 15 Year Highland Single Malt Scotch 43% abv
Matured in ex-bourbon barrel, finished in a Semillon wine cask
