The 2019 Saint-Péray is a richer, almost full-bodied white offering lots of white peach and stone fruit notes as well as hints of honeysuckle, spice, and toast. It picks up a riveting sense of salinity and minerality on the palate and has terrific balance and a great finish. It’s well worth seeking out and possibly the finest white I’ve tasted from this estate.

The domaine's rarely seen 2019 Saint Peray comes from a single hectare of vines, planted to 80% Marsanne and 20% Roussanne. Notes of beeswax, honey and cinnamon appear on the nose, while the medium to full-bodied palate is plush and fleshy, yet finishes long and crisp, with notes of apple and pear. Drink it on the young side.

Round-textured with volume and harmony. It’s creamy at the edges, crisp and vertical at the center, with a long, peppery finish. Granite soils. 80% marsanne and 20% roussanne. Drink or hold.
