We are excited to bring back Ghost In The Laboratory (DIPA) for the final time before we shift to newer projects with Parish Brewing Co. Combining elements from both brands has been extremely special to us each time we brewed it!

Ghost In The Laboratory starts off with a mashed-up grain bill from Straight Outta The Laboratory and DDH Ghost in The Machine before a massive dose of CO2 extract, Citra Incognito, and Citra T-90s on the hotside, followed by an huge amount of Citra LUPOMAX and Citra T-90s for the Double Dry Hop, still one of the heaviest dry hops in Equilibrium’s history.

Ghost In The Laboratory has strong aromas of extreme mango supported by tropical nectar. The flavor is explosive with extremely saturated notes of mango smoothie, Grovestand Orange Juice with plenty of pulp, orange tang, tropical fruit cup in syrup, dank grass, and a rainbow melon creamsicle note from our #EQjuice finish, all packed into a resinous and chewy mouthfeel only a Ghost in the Lab can bring you.

A protostar is a very young star that is still gathering mass from its parent cloud. It is the earliest phase in the process of stellar evolution. We are continuing to adapt some new techniques, and Protostar yields some excellent results for our newest processes and has been a great reminder to never stop exploring the what if’s.

We wanted to bring you a new extremely drinkable beer in an approachable 6-percenter form. Protostar uses our thiolized yeast and a Strata, Citra, and Vic Secret hop bill to introduce a beer bursting with a guava, mango, and passion fruit nose. Creamy and delicate flavors of fruit cups, tropical fruit medley, lemon sorbet, and crushed pineapple lead into a custard like assorted melon forward #EQjuice finish with a touch of hoppy bite.

Using only pale malt and Strata hops, we take simple ingredients to create something with complex results. Fractal Strata (IPA) pours a hazy yellow releasing complex aromas of both tropical and dank passionfruit, mango and melon with a whiff of sticky green. The taste follows the aroma with a resinous creamy mouthfeel and a firm but rounded bitterness and our rainbow melon #EQjuice finish.
