Join us for a special tasting of a new Rose from Carlo & Dante Mondavi’s Raen winery called “The Monarch Challenge” at The Atrium at Olive + Oak on Wednesday, June 26th at 5pm. Raen GM Michele Schromm will be pouring and sharing the purpose of this special project. The goal of the Monarch Challenge is promote sustainable farming and speaks to the decline of the Monarch butterfly population since the introduction of roundup in 1974. This wine has never been released to the wholesale market and has never been sold in Missouri.
We will also have other special Raen selections on hand to sample. TASTE ALL OF THESE WINES

2022 RAEN Chardonnay Sonoma Coast Lady Marjorie...$77.99
Pears, peaches and hints of honeysuckle. So perfumed with rocky undertones and notes of bananas and flint. Full-bodied with a freshness and depth that is impressive and extremely long and persistent. Flint and lime at the end. Salty and intense. Love to drink it now but needs a few years of bottle age.

2022 RAEN Pinot Noir Sonoma County Sonoma Coast Royal St. Robert....$68.99
This is amazing on the nose with dried strawberries, sandalwood, mahogany and tea leaf. Iron and rust underneath the fruit. Dried flowers, nutmeg and rose petals. Full-bodied yet agile and energetic with layers of fine dusty tannins. Entrancing finish. Give this four or five years in the bottle, but it’s hard not to drink.
