Rich but fresh on the nose with a hint of cigar box to the blackberries, dark cherries and roasted spices. Medium- to full-bodied on the palate with firm, lightly chewy tannins and a juicy, flavorful center palate. Pretty long in the finish. Needs a year or two to let the tannins soften more.
