2021 St. Cosme Cotes du Rhone Rouge...$9.99
Regular Price...$17.99

Saint Cosme – 2021 red Côtes du Rhône Syrah. Partially destemmed fruit. Limestone sand, red clay and pebbles on Villafranchian terraces. Tank ageing. Blackberry, bacon, graphite, blueberry, rose. With the 2021 vintage, I have reverted to the intrinsic character of my first Côtes du Rhône from 1997 to 2000. This intense, energetic Syrah with its crimson hue is fresh with ‘espressivo cantabile’ aromas of red berry fruits and a rounded palate.

We do not see a lot of Ventoux now!
2019 Xavier Vignon Ventoux Rouge....$18.99
50% Syrah, 30% Grenache, 20% Mourvedre
Average 50 years
"Aromas of spiced cherries, thyme, lemon zest and olives. It’s medium-bodied with sleek, fine-grained tannins. Juicy and flavorful with a spiced, savory finish. Drink or hold."
Rated 91/100 James Suckling

One of the best, and getting very tough to get now!!
2021 Isabel Ferrando Beatusille Cotes du Rhone Rouge...$35.99
A generous yet elegant wine, with warm licorice and baked cherry amply dusted in white pepper and a hint of vanilla. Reveals refined tannins and racy acidity, which provide a ballast for the generous palate. Very harmonious. Grenache and Cinsault. Drink now through 2026. 2,150 cases made, 308 cases imported.
Rated 90/100 The Wine Spectator

Domaine du Pegau Plan Pegau Estate Bottled....$22.99
Made from the amazing Feraud Family!
Lot#17-18-19-20
Grenache 30%, Syrah 30%, Merlot 20%
Others varieties 20%Plan Pegau is crafted by Laurence Féraud, owner of the iconic Domaine du Pegau. Produced from estate-grown fruit planted just outside Châteauneuf-du-Pape, this distinctive, multi-vintage blend is loaded with character and reflects the hallmark personality and style Pegau Chateauneuf du Pape. Never fails to be enjoyable. It is a Vin de France, a blend of 3-4 years aged in different vats, the research of a blend of fruit, spices and complexity. This atypical cuvée and symbol of authentic know-how never ceases to conquer the palate of amateurs and professionals. Over the years, it has learned how to express the richness of the terroirs on the edge of the Châteauneuf du Pape appellation. An intensity of the fruit mixed with a hint of fine oak character, the Cuvée Plan Pegau can be enjoyed on all occasions.

Domaine de Beaurenard Rasteau Les Argiles Bleues...$52.99
This is an enticing bottling boasting dark fruit notes of cassis, black plums with a kiss of smoke and warm stones. It is fresh and grows in the glass, offering enough structure to make it a seamless pairing with steak au poivre or grilled meat dishes.
Rated 93/100 The Wine Enthusiast
There is underlying power to this seductive wine, which opens with rich blackberry paste and vanilla-steeped cherry edged in graphite and roasted herbs. This is anchored by fine-grained tannins and a salty, smoky mineral finish that lingers. Grenache and Syrah. Drink now through 2030. 400 cases made, 80 cases imported.
Rated 91/100 The Wine Spectator

2019 Xavier Vignon Gigondas....$39.99
Swirls of black raspberry ice cream and dark chocolate combine in Vignon's 2019 Gigondas, a blend of 95% Grenache and 5% Mourvèdre from numerous small parcels dotted around the appellation. Matured in a large wooden vat, there's no apparent oak aromas or flavors, just the purity of old-vine fruit, creamy tannins, ample concentration and a bright, vibrant—and long—finish. With its combination of intensity and tension, it should drink well for a decade or more.
Rated 93/100 The Wine Advocate
