2021 J. Lohr Chardonnay Arroyo Seco....$12.99
The 35th vintage of this beloved wine showcases how cool-climate Monterey specifically Arroyo Seco packs charm, elegance, texture, and balance into Chardonnay. Of course, the talented hands of winemaker Kristen Barnhisel had an impact. as malolactic fermentation and sur lie aging have added to the wine's innate richness. Striking scents of lemon meringue, creamed corn, and yellow flowers emerge effortlessly. Acidity waves its wand on the palate, lending crystal-clear focus and casting a textural spell with mouthwatering notes of summer peach, lime, and kiwi. The finish of candied yam and mandarin orange peel is exotic.

2020 J. Lohr Syrah Paso Robles...$14.99
Rich and dense on the nose, this affordably priced, widely available bottling offers aromas of roasted berry, mesquite, cracked pepper and iodine. The structure is firm on the palate, where persistent elderberry and black-plum flavors are layered in iodine, soy and charred meat, finishing on an oak note.

2021 J. Lohr Hilltop Cabernet Sauvignon....$27.99
The Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot, Malbec, and Cabernet Franc grapes in this wine were grown in gravelly, lime-laden soils at an elevation of 1,700 feet. Once drawn in by its immediate perfume of dark chocolate and blueberry preserves as well as its silky, plush, mouth-coating texture, you're treated to waves of milk chocolate-covered boysenberry. Nutmeg-dusted cedar and dried violets flash across the palate, leaving behind a slightly chalky finish.

2020 J. Lohr Pure Paso Proprietary Red Wine...$24.99
This regionally respectful blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Petite Sirah is satisfyingly rich and hedonistically attractive on all fronts. Smoke-kissed aromas of black cherry, purple flower and light cola on the nose lead into a palate that is full of ripe black cherry and cola flavors, yet with a firm structure.

2020 J. Lohr Seven Oaks Cabernet Sauvignon....$14.99
Thanks to their certified sustainable properties in five of Paso Robles' 11 sub-AVAs, the folks at J. Lohr are able to produce a super high-quality Cab at this price point. With 9% Petite Sirah plus some Cab Franc and Petit Verdot, it has a deep purple hue that enhances the immediate rush of blueberry in a stream of silky tannins. Spiced black tea takes heather, fennel, hazelnut, and vanilla bean on a long ride toward the finish.
