2020 Domaine la Bouissiere Gigondas Tradition...$46.99
Moving to the bottled 2020s, the 2020 Gigondas Tradition has a textbook, savory, spicy, complex style in its red and black cherry fruits as well as notes of new leather, pepper, and dried garrigue. Medium-bodied and balanced, with fine tannins, it's another brilliant wine from this estate. The blend is 75% Grenache, 21% Syrah, and the rest Mourvèdre, brought up in foudre and tank. This is a no-brainer purchase for the Southern Rhône lovers out there.
Rated 93/100 Jeb Dunnuck
This has good concentration to the black cherry, plum paste and anise flavors that glide through the svelte palate, with wood spice and graphite shavings adding balance and detail. Round and velvety, this has an intensity that builds with bitter cherry, smoke and violet on the finish. Drink now through 2030. 400 cases made.

2020 Domaine la Bouissiere Gigondas Le Font de Tonin...$69.99
Based almost all on Grenache (there's 1% Mourvèdre), the 2020 Gigondas La Font De Tonin is also terrific, with a brilliant nose of cassis and black raspberry fruits as well as ground pepper, spicy wood, and graphite. This medium to full-bodied, focused, concentrated, incredibly impressive Grenache needs to be forgotten for 3-4 years, and it will deliver the goods over the following decade.
Rated 95/100 Jeb Dunnuck
Alluring and perfumed, with incense and rooibos tea infusing a base of crushed plum and sappy cherry. The palate is encased by mineral intensity and lined with pronounced iron and firming tannins, with sandalwood and baking spice notes adding warmth. Time in the bottle will allow this to see its full potential. Best from 2025 through 2035. 60 cases made.
