We spent years planning a product that's uniquely different from any other spirit, yet rich with the craft of Kentucky distilling. On our first batch, we got way more than we bargained for when our 12-year-old Trinidad rum—finished in Kentucky bourbon casks—was inadvertently mixed with 5-year-old cask-proof rye whiskey. While we didn't plan to blend these two wonderful spirits, the outcome was fortuitous, to say the least. This rare, specialty spirit combines the finest qualities of rum with the trusted edge of cask-proof rye whiskey.
