Comprised of seven connected plots, each has a different soil composition essential to growing superior Pinot Noir. Each plot is hand-harvested, fermented, and aged separately. A unique single-plot expression within the walled Clos-Marey Monge vineyard, this rich, fleshy red highlights the spice and smoke of Pinot Noir sourced from iron-rich red-clay soils. Black-plum and red-cherry flavors are boldy concentrated, lifted by hints of violet perfume and a firm acidic spine.
