War Hammer, our annual ode to lupulin, and features a heavy-handed blend of Citra and Mosaic hops in the kettle for notes of grapefruit, lime, blueberry, mango and pineapple. Following fermentation with the Brett-like Trois yeast strain, this imperial IPA is triple dry-hopped with Citra, Mosaic and Simcoe Cryo Hops (concentrated lupulin powder) for further amplified tropical fruit flavors and aromas and a touch of earthy, resinous pine.
