BEER FOR HOOPS
TASTING NOTES

Inspired by the peach basket used as a hoop in the first ever game of basketball, our cream ale gets a healthy dose of fruit flavor from peach puree and additional sweetness from vanilla along with sweet stone fruit notes from hot side hop additions.
SECRET TECHNIQUES
All our fruit puree is pasteurized through direct steam addition from a steam generator at the brewery. This technique heats the puree to kill any microbes in the fruit but not high enough to volatilize the fruit character.
INGREDIENTS
2-Row, Flaked Barley, Caramel Malt, Dextrin Malt, Flaked Oats, Nugget hops, Grungeist Hops, Lotus Hops, Peach Puree, Vanilla Extract, Kolsch yeast, water

BEER FOR BOWLING®
TASTING NOTES

Few things are more British than session beers. One of those things may be the game of bowling which has been enjoyed in Britain since the 13th century. This otherwise traditional British style session beer gets increased complexity and mouthfeel from boiling white pine bark and maple wood to complement caramel and light roast malt notes.
SECRET TECHNIQUES
Adding pine bark and maple wood in the boil infuses wood tannins into the final beer adding a layer of texture often lacking in session beers. Mouthfeel in low gravity beer often lacks compared to its regular or high-gravity relatives due to a variety of reasons from lower yeast esters to lower malt carbohydrates. Increasing tannins give the beer more depth and bite.
INGREDIENTS
Mild Malt, Crystal Malt, Flaked Barley, Roasted Barley, Nugget hops, Toasted Maple Wood, White Pine Bark, Water
